I stopped in my tracks. "Mm? Oh hello, Mintheart. Yes, I am." I couldn't exactly keep on moving since now Rosekit was completely aware of me.

I shook my fur. "Enough of this quizzing. I'll demonstrate a quick move on Whisperkit over here..."

I dipped my head to Mintheart, the deputy. "Hello." I said quickly. Then I stood back to watch Earthgaze do a move on Whisperkit.

Mintheart purred. "Mind if I watch?" She hadn't had much to do lately. Noticing Rosekit's constant glances, she smiled teasingly. "Don't worry, I don't bite." Most of the time, at least...

"No one minds if you watch." I said before springing at Whisperkit lightly with a swiping sort of motion so I veered sudddenly to the left (Am trying to figure this out in my head and how it would work) and thrust out my hind legs.
Against an enemy, I would have leapt higher, faster, and kicked harder but I was careful to be VERY light on this.
(MINTHEART PLEASE GO TO THE SEMI-LITERATE THREAD IN THE NURSERY. THANK YOU.)

I sat up straight, and watched closely. I didn't want Mintheart to get feeling that I couldn't be a good deputy.

Whisper: "Mrrp!" I tried in vain to duck but instead I was swatted aside and I landed in a pile of moss. I got up, covered in bits and pieces of moss and braken. My eyes were wide.
"AWESOME!" I meowed, leaping to my paws. "SHOW ME AGAIN!"
