Earthgaze stood in the nursery looking around. It was sunhigh, and the bright yellow beams of light streamed in through the nursery entrance.
"Well." She said after awhile. All the kits were rolling around on the soft floor or batting at the ground aimlessly. "Do you want to see how ta' hunt?"
The grey cat's tail twitched. She may be a queen, but she wasn't useless. She knew how to hunt and a fight a bit.

Earthgaze chuckled lightly as her gaze swept over her kits.
"Wanna see some hunting or fighting moves first?" She asked. "I'm not going into anything complicated. I spend most of my time 'round here anyway."

"Me too!" I said. "I already know a few moves, though." I dropped into a stalking position and put my paws down lightly. Then, i tried to dive between Earthgaze's legs, trying to scratch at the back of her legs.

Earthgaze easily jumped back and let Rosekit skid on her paws past her. "That was actually pretty good." She purred.

"That's reasonable, if you could hear them. If someone tries to surprise attack you from behind?" I ask, slowly moving behind a certain kit whose name I'm not mentioning because she would make a big deal of eascaping my surprise attack from behind. (Hint, Rosie. xD)

Mintheart padded by; a vole in her jaws, and stopped for a few heartbeats to observe this. "Hello, Earthgaze," she meowed, dropping the fat vole and offering it to the queen.
"Teaching your kits how to hunt and fight?" She was quite impressed by Earthgaze's teaching skills.
